That said, a hike up Table Mountain should not be underestimated. The weather changes quickly and it's a steep climb. As locals we are passionate about our mountain - let us share it's wonders with you.

The beautiful Jonkershoek Nature Reserve lies in the Jonkershoek Valley just above Stellenbosch. Surrounded by the magnificent Jonkershoek Mountains, part of the Boland mountain range, this is the place for wonderful hikes within their peaks and never-ending kloofs.

Jonkershoek Nature Reserve is a hiker’s paradise, with many trail options, including the ever popular Tweede Waterval walk. However, the crown jewel is without a doubt the Panorama Circuit which truly lives up to its name with jaw dropping views around every corner and a brilliantly laid out and varied trail.
